Betty Resnick

Betty Resnick grew up in Lenexa, Kansas, and is a graduate of Mississippi State University, claiming both Kansas and Mississippi as home. At MSU, she served as Student Body Treasurer and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural economics. Her master’s thesis was recognized as one of the three most outstanding master’s theses of 2021 by the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA). Prior to joining AFBF, Betty worked for Bryant Christie Inc. in Sacramento, California, as a research analyst focusing on global food and agricultural regulatory and market access issues.
