Roger Cryan

Chief Economist

Dr. Cryan leads the economics team at AFBF, after 25 years focused on dairy economics and marketing at USDA and the National Milk Producers Federation. He grew up in Grahamsville, New York, where his first job was stacking bales on the neighbor’s dairy farm. He has a B.A. in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida.
