Bloomberg: White House Tries to Calm Agriculture Concerns About Trade Policy

A Bloomberg BNA article about the Trump administration’s work on trade policy mentions American Farm Bureau Federation’s opposition to the administration’s withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Bloomberg writes, “Farm groups such as the American Farm Bureau Federation and the American Soybean Association opposed the Trump administration’s January withdrawal from the 12-nation TPP deal, saying the agreement could have increased U.S. farm income by more than $4 billion.”
