CNBC: Here's the Thanksgiving Dinner You Can Get for $50

CNBC cited American Farm Bureau Federation’s informal Thanksgiving dinner cost survey in an article. “The American Farm Bureau Federation estimates the average 10-person meal costs $48.90. Their menu includes turkey, gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, rolls, peas, cranberry sauce, as well as a vegetable tray as an appetizer and pumpkin pie and coffee for dessert,” noted CNBC. Based on AFBF’s survey results, CNBC explored shopping at various grocery stores for a Thanksgiving dinner costing less than $50.
